Beat the Crowds

Explore the dramatic rock formations, the exposed cliffs and rocky bays at the quiet time of day. Tours throughout the year are recommended either early morning or evening to avoid the crowds, without the noise of shuttle buses and countless people.  You will only be sharing the extremely busy daytime site (1 million+ visitors per year!) with a handful of other smart visitors’.

Professional Tour Guide

Flip, your local-guide and driver is from an Environmental Science background. The tour, or chat, will be about the natural history, wildlife and industrial heritage. The things that are on show throughout the tour.  A full explanation of the landscape’s incredible formation on the Causeway site and the wider area.  This of course is pitched for all levels. Not everyone is a geologist! It is not only the scientific story but also the myths and legends that bring this extremely special place to life.

Amazing Sights

View the incredible scenery of the famous Giant’s Causeway. The route is studded with myth and intrigue at every turn. Ending at the Causeway the tour allows time for you to stand and walk on the breathtaking basalt columns.

Beautiful Coastline

Absorbing our epic landscape from the height of the van en route looking over the hedges is wonderful along the Causeway Coastal route often with views to the Scottish islands of Islay and Jura and passing the beautiful Whitepark Bay with it’s former fishing clachan of Portbradden, then on to Dunseverick Castle along the Coast.

Immerse Yourself

This guided walking tour is punctuated often to the sounds of crashing waves, with the wind in your hair, the smell of the seaweed, combined with the birds soaring above and the possible sighting of dolphins and seals – are all part of the legendary Causeway’s beauty.
